Job Responsibilities:

  • To perform Recruitment and Selection – Office Staff and Workers.
  • To perform full spectrum of Payroll Administration.
  • To perform Benefits Administration.
  • To perform Records Management.
  • To perform Training Administration.
  • To perform and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Ad-hoc duty as assigned from time to time.

 

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Education Required:
    • At least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or equivalent
  • Experience Required:
    • At least one (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience in a HR Generalist role
  • Competencies and Skills Required
    • Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and Employment Practices.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Pro-active, self-motivated, and attentive to details.
    • Able to handle high level of confidentiality and resolve HR-related issues.
    • Adaptive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Applications and HR software.
    • Team player with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability of work experience in Construction or Manufacturing Industry will be an-added advantage.
    • Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
    • Ability with Multi languages will be an added advantage.
    • Fresh graduates are welcome.
