| 1 | Initiate, design, develop, implement and manage in-house software and reports to improve business process efficiency |
| 2 | Document technical specifications, plans and design to aid for future modification and integration |
| 3 | Identify and resolve newly launched software issues by providing comprehensive support to users during post implementation period |
| 4 | Participate on external software system analysis, acquisition and customization |
| 5 | Conduct major development to Company’s website and in-houses systems |
| 6 | Perform IT Support functions such as infrastructure maintenance, user technical support, back-up plan’s execution, etc. |
| 7 | Ensure servers availability, reliability, and optimal performance by conducting periodic health checking, testing and analysis of all its components, and ensure daily back-ups are carried out |
| 8 | Protect the network, infrastructure, systems and servers from threats, unauthorized access or damage |
| 9 | Fortify defense measures, threats detection control and threat eradication |
| 10 | Maintain existing reports and perform modification and fixing as per the user’s requirement |
| 11 | Provide in-house/ 3rd Party software support and maintenance |
