Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to delegate new enquiries for processing by drafters and verify the output.
- Responsible to assign awarded projects to drafters to generate shop drawings, final material extract and related documents.
- Responsible for attending to customers complain on technical or quality issues and follow up until resolve.
- Responsible to identify and enlist the latest authority regulations with regards to technical specifications for presentation to management.
- Responsible to identify and enlist the latest authority regulations with regards to technical specifications for presentation to management.
- Responsible to conduct spot sampling and inspection for incoming material in Logistics warehouse.
- Responsible to compile presentation materials and upkeep database on technical matters for organizational knowledge.
- Attend internal coordination meetings to discuss technical matters, project progress, and engineering requirements.
- Ensure achievement of departmental and individual goal aligning with corporate goal.
- Ensure the efficiency and sufficient manpower.
- Ensure the achievement of yearly performance standard.
- Ensure Technical Team abide with Company Directive and OPPs.
Job Qualifications:
- Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

- Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in precast detailing coordination works for building projects as contractor or precast manufacturer.
- Experience in PBU and PPVC projects would be preferred
