Job Responsibilities:
- Review M&E (Electrical) tender documents and drawing.
- Material take off, prepare bill of quantities and cost estimation.
- Prepare technical data quotation and proposal to clients.
- Attend to site visits/offices for contract negotiation.
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned by superior.
Job Qualifications:
- Education Required:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering.
- Experience Required:
- Min 2 years in Electrical services and systems
- Working experience as Electrical QS is preferred
- Competencies and Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Office & Auto CAD
- With sales engineer experience will be an advantage
- Communication skills – Good listening skill, English speaking and in writing.
- Possess good negotiating skills, analytical and research skills
- Good knowledge of materials and construction at site
- Possess good inter-personnel skill to interact with all levels
- Pay attention to drawing details & requirements
- Tactfulness with self confidence
