Job Responsibilities:
To provide necessary support to the field sales team & management for all supply of finish products & supply with Installation projects.
Preparation of Quotation- To maintain accuracy on working out of BOQ’s, in tonnage, breaking down of drawings, computation of estimated quantity take off and costing for tender, ongoing projects.
- To Liaise & meet-up with Main Contractor / Consultant for technical & drawing matter. Evaluation of Cost Valuation, negotiation and agreement for binding of contract for all Project according to Local construction Law, regulations, Acts & Practice.
- To check contract, works order, PO for all awarded projects Compliance to BCA requirements and regulations. (Safe keeping of our Company interests)
- To prepare & check of Monthly Progress claim / VO and Submit to Main-Contractor / Consultant with administration task of keeping of documentations & records claim & retention matters.
- Monitoring of budgeting, Cost Analysis & workflow for all Ongoing Projects.
- Sourcing of new suppliers, vendor, sub-contractors and awarding sub-contracting jobs to vendor (Coordinating with Procurement Department)
- To preparate & check Sub con progressive payment / vendor payment (Coordinating with Accounts Department)
- To provide necessary documentations for preparation of Shop drawings submission & fabrication drawings Compliance to BCA requirements and regulations to Technical Team (Coordinating with Technical Department)
- Other Admin Works such as maintaining records & filling of all documents.
Job Qualifications:
- Education Required:
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably experience in civil/ building projects

Experience in adjudication and SOP Act will be an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office & Auto CAD
