Job Title: Sales Engineer/Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical and Electrical (M&E)

Job Responsibilities:
- Solicits new customer/products, existing customer’s recommendation and other sources which provide regular updates on construction projects
- Review M&E (Electrical) tender documents and drawing
- Material takes off, prepare bill of quantities and cost estimation
- Prepare technical data quotation and proposal to clients
- Attend to site visits/offices for contract negotiation
- Collects and collates background and ongoing project information of new customers to better facilitate credit approval
- Analyzes reports which helps to increases sales revenue and achieve profitability
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned by superior
Job Qualifications:
- Education Required:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering
- Experience Required:
- Min 2 years in Electrical sector
- Working experience as Electrical QS is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office & Auto CAD
