Supply Chain Manager (Sri Lanka)

K.U.S Formwork & Scaffolding, Sri Lanka, founded in 2017, a solution provider in whole formworks & scaffolding requirements for the local construction industry.


As we are expanding our operation locally and regionally, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for the full spectrum of Supply Chain Operation for Sri Lanka & South Asia Region, which includes all aspects of strategizing, implementing, managing and monitoring activities related to Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing and Production.


  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective and taking into consideration the growing complexities and challenges within the industry.
  • Develop strategic plans to improve warehouse operations and maximise warehouse space utilisation by designing and developing an efficient movement and storage system.
  • Ensure that the K.U.S products are manufactured safely, cost-effectively and on time, and that they meet the required quality standards by assisting subsidiaries in establishing an efficient and economic production process.
  • Provide a definite direction and support to the company’s day to day operations by developing policies, procedures, guidelines and process manuals and ensure compliance of the subsidiaries within the region.
  • Manage supply chain software to ensure full control on the functionality, access security, information and transactions running in the system.



  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Supply Chain Management or any equivalent qualification from recognized University/Institution.
  • Must have 5 years in a managerial experience in Supply Chain Operation.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple operations in the South Asia region is an advantage.
  • Sound Knowledge in Warehousing and Inventory Management Techniques and System.
  • Sound Bilingual Oral & Verbal Communication in both Sinhala and English/Tamil.
  • Strong leadership & Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization and the ability to drive accountability.
