Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedure through stock replenishment to ensure sufficient stock level.
- To coordinate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery with good quality, packaging and loading requirement.
- Handling and monitoring of claims to vendors for defectives, shortage and packaging issues.
- In charge of pricing AIP Formwork Inquiry and new product or customer inquiry.
- Executing and monitoring of Purchase Order.
- To follow up with Fixed Assets orders.
- To arrange delivery to customer / warehouse.
- Responsible to source and develop new suppliers, negotiate right price for local orders.
- Ad-hoc task as assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- SPM or equivalent.
- 2 years of purchasing experience or in related field.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make decisions, problem solving and work independently.
- Ability with multi-tasking and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Experienced in handling oversea shipment will be an added advantage.
- Multi-languages will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
