Job Responsibilities:
- To perform Recruitment and Selection – Office Staff and Workers.
- To perform full spectrum of Payroll Administration.
- To perform Benefits Administration.
- To perform Records Management.
- To perform Training Administration.
- To perform and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Ad-hoc duty as assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- Education Required:
- At least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or equivalent
- Experience Required:
- At least one (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience in a HR Generalist role
- Competencies and Skills Required
- Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and Employment Practices.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Pro-active, self-motivated, and attentive to details.
- Able to handle high level of confidentiality and resolve HR-related issues.
- Adaptive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and HR software.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability of work experience in Construction or Manufacturing Industry will be an-added advantage.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
- Ability with Multi languages will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
