Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in all costs and contractual issues in Contracts connected to the projects.
- Reviews tender documents / requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements.
- Responsible for the details and accurate quantity taking off, details measurements for all projects.
- Analysis of price comparison, and updating pre & post quotation clarifications.
- To call customer for awarded projects from project information/Gebiz to participate in their ongoing and also tender projects.
- Preparation of progress claim submission, VO submissions & Final Account.
- Maintaining good documentation and get complete information for cost control/progress claims/ variation claim.
- Attend the technical meetings to get complete information for pre and post projects by attending at project site or by Zoom or Google meet.
- Any other Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
Job Qualifications:
- Education Required:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Building /Quantity Surveying
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in measurement of quantities, cost estimation in building construction/civil projects
