CORNER BEAD

CORNER BEAD reinforces exterior stucco or plaster corners with durable, straight and rust free vinyl corners. Our vinyl corner bead is specially manufactured with striation and perforation along the flanges, which provides positive bonding when they are attached, and of stucco to the product. It becomes part of the building structure and moves along with the walls, but does not freely express its coefficient of expansion or contraction.

Corner beads are available in 3 main versions: sharp edge for fine corners, smooth edge, and bull-nose edge for soft corners.

The CRL series corner bead can perform multiple functions, with adjustment for angles constrained by narrow corners, walls with acute and obtuse angles and curves for most construction radius.

INNER BEAD

INNER BEAD was developed to counter the difficulties of alignment of 90° internal corners during wall plastering. The Inner Bead was designed to give a perfect 90° internal corner even in cases where the wall does not meet perfectly at the corner. The efficiency of this product can save considerable time and money

DRIP LINE

D RIP LINE and the Corner Bead have been integrated into a single ingenious product. As a result, both straight corners and the groove for drip line can be achieved in a single plastering procedure. To cater for a broader range of applications, we specially designed our Drip Line in 2 sizes, one for the window ledge (DL-1310), which has a shorter distance between the window frame and the edge, and the other catering for a normal ledge.

Our Drip Line was produced with Benzotriazole, an ultra violet (UV) resistant chemical additive that gives protection from discolouration.

GROOVE JOINT

GROOVE JOINT is used to provide distinctive architecturally pleasing breaks on any stucco wall surface. Chamfered and vaulted reveals are an improvement over standard U shaped stucco reveals. Not only does this give a more appealing look to the design, it also improves the mechanism for stucco embedding and enhances the bond between the stucco and joints to reduce separation at these locations.

Since Groove Joints are normally used in areas which are exposed directly to sunlight, we have added Benzotriazole, an ultra violet (UV) resistant chemical additive that gives protection from discolouration.

PLASTER STOP

PLASTER STOP is able to terminate plaster or stucco works. K.U.S’s series of Plaster Stops includes 6mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm and 35mm to create skirting along the wall, grooves on the ceiling, window and door jambs, as well as addressing the juncture of dissimilar materials.

The specially designed L-shape angle edge trims (without back flange) are to provide better alignment to the intersections during installation and the edge avoids the occurrence of cracks in the wall . The vinyl is not fire hazardous, and does not support combustion after a flame source is removed. Vinyl products also solve related problems such as static electricity, electrolysis, rust, oxidation, and excessive dents, kinks or damage in transit or on the job site.

PLASTER ADAPTOR

PLASTER ADAPTOR is made of polyvinyl chloride and is useful to form circular shapes and help to produce good finishing when it comes to the plastering of household shelter ventilation sleeves. It has been designed in full accordance with HDB’s specifications.
