K.U.S has developed OCTOZON Beam Formwork with very less components and more effective application. The same slab formwork material was used here to form beam bottom formwork. The Beam Side Brackets play as a universal application to make the beam side formwork of any height adjustments. OCTOZON Beam formwork is flexible, more optimistic, and an economized solution to beam bottom and side formwork application.

K.U.S has developed various sizes of Beam Brackets up to 650 mm to secure the down hanging and edge beams sides. The brackets are fixed on top of the flange of the    H 20 beam, while the vertical member of the bracket secures the beam formwork

K.U.S film-faced Plywood is suitable for all types of formwork, whether it is a formwork system or a loosed panel formwork, or slab or wall casting. It is suitable for flat or curved surfaces while the film protects the wood surface where it is exposed to the weather and concrete.

H 20 Beam is the strongest and lightest formwork beam made of engineered spruce wood, available in various lengths. With the chords made of high quality finger-jointed timber and the flanges come with a protective cap.

K.U.S has developed lightweight but highly durable KUSAL Aluminium Beams. The formwork member is assembled by replacing H 20 beams with KUSAL Beams and their supplementary components. This decreases system weight and improves system life even longer.

Cross Heads are used to support the primary H 20/KUSAL Beams at the Steel Prop location. The Cross Head is fixed on the top of the Adjustable Steel Props.

The main component of the system is prop and with its different height availability and load bearing capacity, it can be used in different floor height and slab thickness. Adjustable Steel Props are designed and manufactured according to EN 1065.

K.U.S carries Class- A, B, C, D, and E Props as per the standard for various load carrying capacities.

Handrail Holder and Post provides a safe and well protected horizontal formwork with a simple mechanism. It is very easy to fix and remove on site. This Handrail Holder and Post is used in both Beam and Slab formwork with H 20 Beam.

Tripod is used as supporting aid for the Adjustable Steel Prop to make itself stand. During the erection and striking of slab formwork, Tripods hold Adjustable Steel Props upright. The Tripod stand is secured with the prop by a lock and a gentle hammer blow

The OCTOZON slab and Beam flex formwork is compatible with modular Ringlock System. OCTOZON with Ringlock System is mostly used where the shoring height is more than prop height and variable floors height. The change in floor height at certain level most economically is achieved by OCTOZON with Ringlock system. Since a rigid system is assembled by its standards and ledger’s connections, twisting resistant and high load bearing capacity shoring is achieved for complicated project layout.

The OCTOZON slab and Beam flex formwork is compatible with HERC 60 Heavy Duty shoring System. OCTOZON with HERC 60 system formwork is frequently used for Heavy load structures like Pier head support, Bridge box girder support, Heavy depth portal beams in commercial, and other infrastructure projects. Less number of components with triangular frame will reduce the assembling time and saves manpower on site.
