HIGH-RIB MESH / RIB LATH
GALVANIZED STEEL MESH CONSTRUCTION JOINT, commonly known as High-rib Mesh, is increasingly accepted as a replacement for conventional timber formwork, which requires considerable post-pour work, such as removal of temporary timber joints, hacking and roughening of surfaces in preparation for subsequent casts. Conventional methods are also known to generate a weak and inconsistent bonding joint which may crack easily.
HIGH-RIB MESH has ingeniously incorporated V-shape reinforcement ribs, to enhance bonding to the adjacent wall, resulting in a better shear strength in comparison to a conventional joint.
COMMON / CONCRETE NAIL
COMMON AND CONCRETE NAIL are made of high-carbon steel, incorporated with fluted body to enhance the pull-out strength. The Concrete Nail has a zinc-plated finishing, which further improves corrosion resistance.

PLASTIC CHAMFER is made of Polyvinyl Chloride and designed to be used with formwork where the concrete structure corners need to be trimmed off and formed in a chamfer shape. It is lightweight, easy to handle, and reduces the cost of fabricating special chamfer forms. It is reusable, saving in cost and environmental waste.

SHIM PLATE is commonly used in the installation of precast concrete units. A Shim Plate allows for fine adjustment of levels, and it is available in several thicknesses to meet requirements.
